Access City Hotline to Handle Companion Card Complaints
Agreement has been reached with Disability ACT for the Access City Hotline to take on the management of complaints relating to the ACT Companion Card Scheme.
The Access City Hotline will provide an independent point of contact for anyone who has a complaint about the operation of the scheme. This includes applicants for Companion Cards, Card Holders or Business Affiliates providing services to Companion Card Holders. The Hotline will follow processes agreed with Disability ACT to manage the complaint process and where appropriate provide advice on other options for redress.

Canberra Dance Theatre is teaching a range of age appropriate dance classes for students with special needs. These are fun and active classes that provide a range of movement and dance activities. Classes involve warm‐up/fitness/co‐ordination tasks, creative dance activities and learning a variety of dances and dance styles.
